"RELAXATION FOR SELF MASTERY"
Did you know that we perform at our best when we are most relaxed? Reason being is that through relaxation, we are clear headed and sharp enough spiritually and mentally to see all things that pertain to us. It's no secret that if you strive to be the very best you can be in life, you must first master the art of who you are. With so many things we encounter along the way subconciously this can often appear to be a daunting task. But, with a good bit of meditation time each day and a dedication to becoming better it can be a fruitful as well as enjoyable process. You never have to get ahead of yourself because there is always something new to behold. That's what is wonderful about our lives: new things are always arising because we are in a constant state of development. When we can find ourselves relaxing, everything about ourselves becomes tangibly real. So your task is to put yourself in a state of relaxation asmuch as you possibly can. You can start by breathing deeply at any moment throughout the day. I'll actually post a video above this blog to show you what you have to do to truly relax. In the meantime, get some quiet time, close your eyes listen to your heartbeat and pay attention to the messages that you receive. Write them down if you need to, but act upon whatever Divine information you are receiving and slowly but surely you will be on the path to self mastery.
