3 WAYS TO RAISE YOUR CHI (LIFE FORCE ENERGY)
Our chi represents our energy that we present to others on a conscious and subconscious level. When it's resonating at a high level it can be felt from a relatively far distance. There are some monks whose chi can be felt up to 100 miles away! How powerful is that? Now, we don't necessarily need it to extend that far, but I will show you 3 ways in how to make it shine brightly.
1. MEDITATE IMMENSELY
- Notice that I said, "Meditate immensely" not just in the morning and at night. It's not a question of how long, but a matter of how effective it is. Each moment you can have you should meditate on what makes you happy, your higher self, and the concept of love. Stay on the lookout when these moments present itself and immediately jump at the chance. Whether it's 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, it all counts!
2. BREATHE DEEPLY
- Yep! It's that simple. Start by breathing in through your nose for a three to five count and releasing fr the same count. Oxygen is a nutrient for our blood and good circulation of blood creates an energetic vibrant body. SO BREATHE DEEPLY, because it also creates relaxation.
3. BE MOVEMENT ORIENTED
- Shake your arms, move your neck, jump up and down, purr your lips together or just exercise! When you move, the chi increases because endorphins make the body feel great. When your body feels great, your vibration rises. So get out there and just move your body!
Chi is so important because we need this energy to accomplish our goals and create things in our lives that have the potential to change others.
