The last blog post we discussed the topic of vacation and how important it is to your life. Well, recharge is a big part of that. I personally like to call it hitting the "RECHARGE BUTTON." I've just returned from an amazing vacation near the Carribean Sea and one of the most amazing things was unplugging for 23 hours a day. This impressed me so much that it helped me want to implement more of it into my personal life. You find that your soul is able to refill itself when you're able to acquaint it with the earth's natural resources. I found my vibration was so high that I was walking on cloud nine the entire time I was away. Now, because most of us are'nt able to vacation very often, we need to find ways to practice hours of "RECHARGE" time throughout the day. One hour when you wake up, five minute increments throught the day, possibly one hour in the afternoon, and one hour before bed. Mainly just unplug so you can connect to your spirit, clear your mind and relax your body. When you take the time to practice  breathing, meditating and just simply being on a regular basis, you are setting yourself up to live a life of immense peace and tranquility. Remember that peace, especially, is just not about silence but rather being able to experience that inner quietness throughout the chaos around you. Overall better mental, physical and spiritual health await you when you consistently hit your "RECHARGE BUTTON."
