FITNESS BIOGRAPHY

Shaun was hailed for his athletic prowess as he performed like an artist on the football field. After suffering a torn ACL, which altered his place in being recruited among the nation’s top prospects, Shaun instead, began pursuing an alternate career in fitness, putting 15 years of workout knowledge, expertise and wisdom to great use. He excelled quickly, becoming one of LA’s premier group instructors, and has worked with celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, David Hasselhoff, Stacy Keibler, Jesse McCartney and Elise Neal. He specializes in group fitness, sport-specific speed & conditioning & rehabilitation.

WHAT ARE THEY SAYING ABOUT SHAUN?

I took the AfterBurn class on a Friday morning with the instructor/trainer Shaun. There was about 10 in the class. I love that Shaun had us quickly introduce ourselves to each other. That is a great icebreaker and useful for feeling comfortable with all the people you will be working out with as a group. He went through each exercise and timing intervals since this class was circuit training. Great warm up and stretch before hand. The class exceeded my expectations. It wasn't easy, but yet I was motivated to give it my best. After the full body workout I was drenched in sweat and happy! He was fantastic at keeping us motivated and making sure we were doing the workout correctly. I love that we ended with positive feedback and inspiration.
